Welcome to List at Ease ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our website and application ("Service"), you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Service

• Use this Service only for its intended purpose: creating, managing, and submitting real estate listings.
• Provide accurate and truthful information to the best of your knowledge.
• Only create listings for properties you have the legal right to list or manage.
• Do not submit misleading, false, or fraudulent information.
• Do not disrupt, reverse-engineer, bypass, or tamper with the platform.

2. Your Data

• We store the data you submit (property details, documents, photos) for managing your listing.
• For authentication, we offer passwordless login via phone-based OTP. If you choose email/password login, passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text.
• No system is perfectly secure, but we follow industry-standard practices to protect your data.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. By using the Service, you affirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Keep your contact information up to date.
• Only upload content you have the rights to use.
• Comply with all applicable laws when using the Service.
• You are responsible for your account and any actions taken through it.

5. Our Responsibilities

• We strive to keep the Service secure, functional, and up-to-date.
• We may update or change the platform without prior notice.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings you create.
• We do not guarantee the sale or performance of any property listed.

6. Real Estate Services Disclaimer

List At Ease provides tools for creating and managing real estate listings. We make no representations or warranties about:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing information
• The quality, safety, or legality of properties listed
• The ability of buyers to purchase or sellers to sell properties

You acknowledge that real estate transactions involve substantial risks and you should conduct appropriate due diligence before entering into any transaction.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of List At Ease LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

9. User Content

• You are responsible for all Content you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
• By posting Content, you grant us the right to use, modify, display, and distribute it on our Service.
• You retain your rights to your Content and are responsible for protecting those rights.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless List At Ease LLC and its employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
